摘要
目的分析HIV感染者生育意愿研究热点和趋势,以期为HIV感染者生育相关研究提供参考。方法在Web of Science核心合集数据库和中国知网(CNKI)中检索相关研究。运用CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件对发文量、作者、发文机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果本研究共纳入236篇文献。年发文量趋势平稳,高峰期出现在2014年,研究作者合作网络规模较大,研究机构主要以高校为主,各高校合作较紧密;研究热点集中于HIV传播、女性人群、干预治疗等方面。结论抗逆转录病毒治疗是HIV感染者生育意愿研究的未来趋势。我国相关研究较少,国内学者和研究机构应借鉴国际的成熟经验,加强我国HIV感染者管理并发展HIV感染者生育意愿的相关研究。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of fertility intention in HIV-infected patients in order to provide a reference for fertility-related research in HIV-infected patients.Methods Relevant studies were searched in the Web of Science core collection database and CNKI.The CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software was used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,publishers,and keywords.Results A total of 236 articles were included in this study.The annual trend of publication volume is stable,and the peak occurred in 2014.The cooperation network of research authors is large,the research institutions are mainly universities,and the cooperation between universities is close.Research hotspots focus on HIV transmission,women,and fertility intentions.Conclusion Antiretroviral therapy is a future trend in the study of fertility intentions in HIV-infected patients.There are few relevant studies in China,and domestic scholars and research institutions should learn from the mature experience of the world to strengthen the management of HIV-infected people in China and develop relevant research on the fertility intentions of HIV-infected patients.
