摘要
在当前关注能源安全的背景下,火力发电厂作为主要的能源供给单位,必须具备应对突发事件的应急能力。通过对火力发电厂的应急能力建设的评估,分析火力发电厂应急能力建设的重要性和现状,以及应急预案、应急演练、物资储备和人员培训等方面的影响因素,并对火力发电厂的应急能力建设优化提出改进措施。
In the context of energy security of concern,thermal power plants,as the primary energy supplier,must have the ability to deal with emergencies.Evaluation is made on the emergency capacity building of thermal power plants,analysis is conducted on the importance and current situation of emergency capacity building of thermal power plants as well as the influencing factors of emergency plans,emergency drills,material reserves and personnel training,based on which the improvement measures are proposed to optimize the emergency capacity building of thermal power plants.
