摘要
针对地方工业经济运行中存在的信息系统孤立、集约化水平低、数据治理难度大、数据利用能力弱等问题,设计并实现了一种基于大数据分析技术的工业经济实时监测平台。通过企业用能数据采集、治理方法上的创新,结合政府侧数据,建立了标准化的企业模型。基于工业经济数据的融合与多维度分析,实现了不同监测专题和分析图表的可视化展示。提出了一种判断企业生产状态的新方法,结合趋势分析算法,开发了针对行业、企业的异常产能预警功能。通过生产要素信息和数据的集成,赋能企业开展安全用电、降耗增效和智慧运营。经实践证明,平台可有效助力地方政府精准把握工业经济运行态势,全面提升能源管理水平;助力地方企业实现数字化管理和可持续发展,取得了良好的应用效果。
Aiming at the problems existing in the operation of the local industrial economy,such as information systems isolation,low level of intensification,difficulty in data governance,and weak data utilization capabilities,this article designs and implements a real-time monitoring platform for the industrial economy based on big data analysis technology.Through the innovation of electric energy data collection and governance methods,combined with government side data,a standardized enterprise file model has been established.Based on the integration and multi-dimensional analysis of industrial economic data,the visual display of different monitoring topics and analysis charts is realized.This article proposes a new method for judging the production status of an enterprise,combined with the trend analysis algorithm,the abnormal production capacity warning function for industries and enterprises has been developed.By the integration of production factor information and data,enterprises are empowered to use electricity safely,reduce consumption and increase efficiency,and operate intelligently.This platform,proven by practice,is useful for helping local governments to accurately grasp the operation situation of the industrial economy and improve the level of energy management comprehensively,which also enables local enterprises to achieve digital management and sustainable development,achieved excellent application results.
