摘要
电力企业的应急物资管理作为电力行业中应急体系的重要组成部分,极大地影响着社会生产和人们的生活,尤其是近几年的各种自然灾害和其他事件导致电力事故,体现出电力企业应急物资管理的重要性。文中对电力企业应急物资管理的特殊性进行了分析,然后对应急物资的管理从管理机构、业务流程、应急预案、信息平台和应急演练等方面提出了改进设想。
As an important part of the emergency response system in the power industry, emergency supplies management greatly affects the social production and people＇s lives. In recent years, a variety of natural disasters and other events causing electrical accidents reflect its importance. The paper firstly analyzes the difficulties of the electricity emergency supplies management and emergency logistics, then presents some suggestions including regulatory agencies, business processes, contingency plans, information platform and emergency drills.
