摘要
文章对电力企业物资管理现状进行了分析 ,并针对目前电力企业物资管理部门普遍存在的库存储备过大、占用资金过多、资金利用和周转率不高、物资的进出仓工作量大而且容量出错、经济效益低等诸多问题 ,指出了在电力企业物资管理工作中引入计算机进行科学管理的重要性。通过计算机系统的管理 ,使电力企业物资管理达到了保证物资供应、降低采购成本、优化库存结构、减少库存资金、加速资金周转、提高经济效益的目的。
Through the analysis of the present situation of electric power enterprise's material management,and aiming at the existing problem of the material management department ,such as the big stock stores ,the great capacity work of material's imports and exports,the low economic benefit etc,the computer has been lead into the electric power enterprise to process the scientific management in the work of material management.Through computer system management can make the electric power enterprise's material management obtain the following result,that is assuring the material supply,reducing purchasing cost,optimizing stock structure,reducing stock capital,accelerating capital turnover,and improving the cconomic benefit.
