摘要
物资管理的信息化、科学化在水电项目管理中的重要性日益凸现.以水电工程项目中的物资管理信息系统为背景,应用控制论、运筹学相关知识,结合水电项目的特点,针对其原有管理控制模式的特点,采用了新的物资控制管理模式,并通过相应数学模型进行了分析描述.最后,结合物资管理信息系统的实现介绍了该模式的应用效果.
Nowadays the importance of material management system evaluates greatly. Based on the material management information system of the hydropower project, by applying the Knowledge of Cybernetics,Operations Research, the material management control model is analyzed. A new ameliorative control mode is provided, and the corresponding material analytic and descriptive formulas of that are built. The applicatant effect of material management information system is also introduced.
