面向领军人才、融入大类培养的传统机械类专业转型探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Transitional Development of Traditional Mechanical Majors Facing Leading Talents and Integrating into General Cultivation

摘要 实施创新驱动发展、制造强国战略迫切需要培养大批智能制造领军人才。作为智能制造人才培养主要阵地的传统机械类专业面临大类培养诸多冲突难以协调、领军人才培育缺乏内涵引领、智能制造特性未有效融入培养过程等共性问题。本文总结出智能制造领军人才应全面培育的七项能力特质,提出“和而不同、特质引领、内生驱动”的传统机械类专业转型发展改革理念。然后,通过重塑课程体系建立多级组合式一体化柔性育人路径,通过重塑教学设计建立一体两翼式进阶化贯通育人机制,通过重塑教学资源建立双轮驱动式智能化研学育人环境,最终形成适合传统机械类专业融入智能制造大类的领军人才培养模式,并在西北工业大学机械设计制造及其自动化专业进行系统性改革实践,获得初步成效。 Implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development and manufacturing power requires training many intelligent manufacturing leading talents.However,traditional mechanical majors currently face common problems such as conflicts in general training that are difficult to coordinate,lack of connotation guidance in leading talent cultivation,and ineffective integration of intelligent manufacturing characteristics into the cultivation process.This article summarizes the seven characteristics of leading talents in intelligent manufacturing and proposes the transitional development reform concept of traditional mechanical majors:“harmony but difference,trait guidance,and endogenous drive”.Then,an integrated,flexible education path with multi-level combined type is established by reshaping the curriculum system;an upgraded and drive-through education mechanism with one body and two wings is established by reshaping the teaching design;a dual wheel-driven intelligent research and study environment is established by reshaping teaching resources.Finally,a teaching mode suitable for the transitional development of traditional mechanical majors is formed.The systematic practice was conducted in the mechanical design,manufacturing and their automation major of Northwest Polytechnic University,and initial results were achieved.
