摘要
智慧海洋未来技术学院建设是我国高等教育落实国家海洋强国战略的重要举措,建设智慧海洋未来技术学院是参与未来世界科技竞争的重要手段。哈尔滨工程大学是我国唯一举全校之力服务船海领域的行业特色研究型大学,支撑了中国船舶工业从无到有、从小到大、由弱向强。结合自身办学特色与优势,哈尔滨工程大学以国家海洋强国战略需求为导向,通过确立人才培养新目标、实施专业交叉融合和人才培养模式新突破、推进人才培养体系新优化、探索人才培养新路径,建设智慧海洋未来技术学院,培养海洋未来科技领军人才。
