摘要
在当今以软实力为主体的竞争背景下,大学生领军人才培养已成为高等教育改革聚焦的新领域。从总体上看,当前大学生领军人才培养面临育人力量的协同性失调、育人过程的策略性偏差、育人结果的有效性不足等问题与困境。大学生领军人才的脱颖而出有赖于完善、科学的培养机制的形成。全面发展视野下的"联通-贯通-融通"育人机制实现了育人的各个领域、各个环节和各种资源力量的有机结合。
Under the background of soft power-oriented competition,the leading talents cultivation for college students has already become the new focus of the higher education reform.On the whole,the current practice of the leading talents cultivation faces the following problems and difficulties:cooperation disorders in education power,strategy biases in education processes,effectiveness inadequacy in education outcomes.The success of leading talents cultivation for college students depends on the formation of the complete and scientific education mechanism.The"Connectivity-Coherence-Integration"education mechanism under the comprehensive development perspective unites every education aspect,every education process,and every education resource and power.
