摘要
在应对新一轮科技革命和支撑国家世界科技强国建设中,高校需要深入思考新时代背景下科教融合的新特征、新趋势和新实践,加快科教融合的育人模式创新和体系效能提升,积极推动科教融合的改革和发展与国家重大战略需求相适配,在服务我国世界科技强国建设和迎接世界科学革命未来变局中有更大作为。研究在梳理国内外代表性科教融合实践的基础上,系统阐述了世界科技强国新背景为科教融合发展带来的新要求、新动力和新逻辑。同时,基于系统观从“大科学”“大教育”的战略高度思考并探索构建科教融合新体系,将面向国家重大战略需求的科教融合新体系解构为有效促进“大教育”的科研系统、有效促进“大科学”的教育系统,以及两个系统交叉融合与纵深并进的新联系。最后,结合我国科教融合发展面临的新形势和新任务,进一步从顶层设计、实施重点和制度保障三个维度提出面向世界科技强国建设的科教融合发展路径设想和针对性建议。
In dealing with a new round of scientific and technological revolution and supporting the construction of a technological powerhouse,universities are supposed to think deeply about the new characteristics,trends,and practices of researcheducation integration in the new era.We should accelerate the innovation of researcheducation integration training mode and the effectiveness of the system,actively promote the reform and development of research-education integration to match the major strategic needs of the country,enable the construction of a technological powerhouse,and adapt to the future changes of the global technological revolution.Based on a systematic review of the practices of research-education integration at home and abroad,this study illustrates the new requirements,impetus and logic for science,technology and education integration in the new context of building a scientific and technological powerhouse.Meanwhile,it systematically considers and explores the new system of research-education integration from the strategic height of“macro science”and“great education”,decoding the new system of research and education for the major strategic needs of the country into a scientific research system that effectively promotes“great education”and a teaching system that effectively promotes“macro science”,and the new connections of integration,intersection,and deepening of the two systems.Finally,taking into account the new situation and new tasks facing the development of research-education in China,it further proposes a vision of the path of research-education integration for a global scientific powerhouse and provides suggestions from three dimensions:top-level design,implementation priorities and institutional guarantee.
