摘要
基于H锌业冶炼厂铅锌废水处理项目,对铅锌冶炼废水污酸处理技术进行了研究,提出了电化学法、生物制剂+电絮凝法、二段中和-铁盐法-微滤-钠滤-工业反渗透法三种废水处理技术方案。经过分析,选择方案三进行污酸处理。H锌业冶炼厂通过污水循环利用工程实现废水的循环利用和二次利用,并有效回收各种有色金属,达到节水目的。项目实施后,废水回用率高于95.5%,外排废水减少103.8×10^(4)m^(3)/a,解决了H锌业冶炼厂的水环境问题,减少了污染物排放。实施铅锌废水处理项目后,每年减少废水环保税约11.5万元。
Based on the lead-zinc wastewater treatment project of H Zinc Smelter,research has been conducted on the acid treatment technology of lead-zinc smelting wastewater.Three wastewater treatment technology schemes have been proposed:electrochemical method,biological agent+electrocoagulation method,two-stage neutralization-iron salt method-microfiltration-sodium filtration-industrial reverse osmosis method.After analysis,scheme 3 was selected for acid treatment.The H Zinc Smelter achieves the recycling and secondary utilization of wastewater through sewage recycling engineering,and effectively recovers various non-ferrous metals to achieve water-saving goals.After the implementation of the project,the wastewater reuse rate is higher than 95.5%,and the discharged wastewater is reduced by 103.8%×104 m^(3)/a,solving the water environment problem of H Zinc Smelter and reducing pollutant emissions.After implementing the lead zinc wastewater treatment project,the annual reduction in wastewater environmental protection tax is about 115000 yuan.
