摘要
针对原有锌冶炼烟气净化污酸处理工艺危险废物产生量大、处置费用高等问题,开展了污酸无害化处理工业试验。试验结果表明:采用两段中和工艺处理锌冶炼烟气净化污酸,通过严格控制中和过程pH值,危险废物量降为原工艺的10%,大幅降低了危废处置费用,且该工艺操作简便,投资低。
In view of the problem of large amount of hazardous waste in the spent acid treatment process of the original zinc smel- ring flue gas purification process and high disposal cost, the process industrial experiment on the harmless treatment of spent acid is tan'led out.The test results show that the spent acid of zinc smelting gas is treated by two stages neutralization process, the amount of hazardous waste is 10% of the original process by controlling the pH value of neutralization process.The cost of hazardous waste disposal is greatly reduced, and the process is simple and low investment.
