摘要 本文针对烟气制酸净化系统固氟现状结合理论进行机理分析,找出了影响固氟效率的关键因素是稀酸温度、稀酸浓度、污酸开路量、风机出口的干燥效率、氟浓度梯度等,并提出了相应的固氟措施。实施后取得了较好的效果,同时完善了相关净化固氟规范。 In this study, the present status of fluorine retention in purification system of acid making with flue gas was analyzed in combination with the theory, and the key factors influencing fluorine retention efficiency including dilute acid temperature, dilute acid concentration, waste acid opening quantity, drying efficiency of the fan outlet, fluorine concentration gradient were found out, and the corresponding fluorine retention measures were put forward. After the implementation, good effects were achieved, and related norms of purification fluorine retention were improved.
