摘要
针对河南某铜冶炼厂废酸中砷含量波动大且除砷效果不理想的生产现状,通过用硫氢化钠代替硫化钠、在废酸原液槽上新增混合器、将硫化反应槽进液直管改为文丘里管等改进措施,较大程度上改善了除砷效果。改进后,除砷后的中性水中砷含量由<1.0 mg/L降低至<0.5 mg/L,且废酸处理成本下降了30元/m^3以上。
In view of the production situation for great fluctuation of arsenic content in waste acid and unsatisfactory arsenic removal effect in a copper smelter in Henan,by replacing sodium sulfide with sodium thiohydride,adding one mixer on the primary acid tank,and replacing the liquid inlet straight tube with venturi tube in sulfide reaction tank,arsenic removal effect was improved to a great extent.After improving,the arsenic content in neutral water after arsenic removal decreased from<1.0 mg/L to<0.5 mg/L,and the cost of waste acid treatment decreased by more than 30 yuan/m^3.
