摘要
采用旋转挂片失重法、全浸失重法和电化学方法研究了20号碳钢、18-8不锈钢和316L不锈钢在中碱性氟离子水溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:有机膦酸盐/锌盐类缓蚀剂及其复合剂对高浓度氯离子溶液中的20号碳钢的腐蚀有抑制作用,但不能抑制不锈钢的孔蚀;钼酸钠加速不锈钢的孔蚀,十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠等含有较长碳链的表面活性剂可提高不锈钢孔蚀的击穿电位,且与十二醇复配后具有协同缓蚀作用,对抑制孔蚀的发生有效。
The corrosion behavior of 20 # carbon steel, 18-8 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel in mid 'alkaline chlorine ion solution has been studied by rotational coupon test, submerge weight loss test and electric-chemical technique. The results demonstrate that corrosion inhibitors of organic phosphonate/zinc salts and complexing agent exhibit corrosion inhibition of 20 # carbon steel in high-concentration chlorine ion solution, but they can not control the pit corrosion of stainless steels. Sodium molybdate will accelerate the pit corrosion of stainless steels. The surfactants of long carbon chains such as dodecyl sodium sulfate, dodecyl sodium sulfonate and dodecyl sodium benzenesulfonate etc will increase the breakdown potential of stainless steel pit corrosion. They have synergetic corrosion inhibition effect after composition with dodecan, and are effective in controlling the occurrence of pit corrosion.
