摘要
通过慢应变速率拉伸实验研究了304L奥氏体不锈钢分别在常温、120℃、180℃、260℃和常压、6.4 MPa、10 MPa的交互作用下的酸性氯离子溶液中的抗应力腐蚀性能。实验结果表明,304L奥氏体不锈钢在氯离子环境下易发生应力腐蚀开裂,随着温度升高,力学性能下降,应力腐蚀敏感性增大,脆性断裂特征逐渐显现,腐蚀作用逐渐占据导致试样断裂的主导地位。但压力的变化对304L奥氏体不锈钢的应力腐蚀敏感性的影响不明显。
Stress corrosion property of 304 L Austenitic Stainless Steel was studied under the interaction of roomtemperature,120 ℃,180 ℃,260 ℃ and atmospheric pressure,6. 4 MPa,10 MPa in the environment of acid chloride solution.The experimental results show that the 304 L austenitic stainless steel in chloride environment prone to stress corrosion cracking.As the temperature increased,the physical properties decreased. The stress corrosion sensitivity increased. The fracture surface gradually appeared characteristics of brittle fracture. Corrosion gradually occupied the leading position of the fracture of the specimen.But the effect that changes of pressure on stress corrosion sensitivity of 304 L austenitic stainless steel is not obvious.
