摘要
食品安全与人们的身体健康息息相关,且随着人们生活质量的提高,人们对食品安全提出了更高的要求。因此,相关人员需要采取科学合理的食品检验检测技术,以便精准判断食品质量与卫生情况,为食品安全监测工作的开展提供详细依据。但是,在食品检验检测工作中还存在一定的问题,如监督管理制度不完善、人员专业技能不足等,严重影响最终的检验检测质量。因此,需要采取合理措施进行优化控制,保障食品检验检测工作的规范性和质量。本文主要分析食品检验检测工作的质量控制问题以及控制策略,旨在进一步提高食品检验检测工作的质量效果,强化食品检验检测结果的准确性,保障食品安全。
Food safety is closely related to people’s health,and with the improvement of people’s quality of life,people put forward higher requirements for food safety.Therefore,relevant personnel need to adopt scientific and reasonable food inspection and testing technology in order to accurately judge the quality and hygiene of food,and provide a detailed basis for the development of food safety monitoring.However,there are still some problems in the food inspection and testing work,such as imperfect supervision and management system,lack of professional skills,etc.,which seriously affect the final inspection and testing quality.Therefore,it is necessary to take reasonable measures to optimize control and ensure the standardization and quality of food inspection and testing.This paper mainly analyzes the quality control problems and control strategies of food inspection and testing,aiming to further improve the quality effect of food inspection and testing,strengthen the accuracy of food inspection and testing results,and ensure food safety.
