摘要
社会经济日益发展背景下,人们的生活质量显著提升,当衣食住行得到满足后,开始追求高品质生活,愈发重视食品安全质量问题。食品生产作为食品安全的源头,如果质量控制存在问题,不但阻碍企业的发展进程,还会危害消费者的身心健康,甚至影响社会的和谐稳定。基于此,本文对食品生产过程中质量控制存在的问题进行探究,结合实际情况提出可行性的应对措施。
With the development of social economy, people’s quality of life has been improved significantly. When the clothes, food and living are satisfied, they begin to pursue high-quality life and pay more attention to the food safety and quality. Food production, as the source of food safety, if there are problems in quality control, it will not only hinder the development of enterprises, but also harm the physical and mental health of consumers, and even affect the harmonious and stable society. Based on this, this paper explores the problems of quality control in the process of food production, and puts forward feasible countermeasures combined with the actual situation.
