摘要
“岗课赛证”综合育人,已成为职业院校新型教学模式之一,能够更好地突出职业教育专业课程的科学性、职业性和创新性。在“岗课赛证”融通背景下,幼儿舞蹈创编课作为高职院校学前教育专业的一门艺术技能必修课,坚持以美育人、能力本位为目标,基于实践导向,“以岗定课”重构教学内容、“赛课促学”建立竞赛机制、“证课强技”完善课程评价,从而提升课堂教学效果,提高学生应对就业岗位需求的综合能力。
The comprehensive education of“post,course,competition and certificate”has become one of the new teaching models in vocational colleges,which can better highlight the scientific,professional and innovative nature of professional courses in vocational education.Under the background of the integration of“post,course,competition and certificate”,as a required course of art skills for preschool education in higher vocational colleges,the course of young children dance creation and composition should adhere to the goal of aesthetic and ability-based education,the principle of practice orientation.What’s more,its teaching content should be rebuilt by“setting the course based on the post”,its competition mechanism should be established by“promoting learning by competition and course”,and the curriculum evaluation should be improved by“strengthening the skills by certificate and course”,so as to improve the classroom teaching effect and students’comprehensive ability to meet the needs of employment.
