摘要
为某开发区污水处理厂二期扩建工程规模为3万m3/d,主要接纳该开发区内光伏企业及其他园区企业生产废水,根据进水水质和排水标准,设计采用除硬混凝沉淀池-Bardenpho生化池-高效沉淀池-反硝化深床滤池工艺,介绍了污水处理厂的工艺方案、主要构筑物设计参数和经济指标等。运行结果表明,出水各项指标均可达GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准,且ρ(F-)<3 mg/L,可为类似污水处理厂提供设计经验。
The scale of the second-stage project of a sewage treatment plant in development area is 30000 m3/d,the component of its influent water is production wastewater from photovoltaic company and other companies in the said area.According to the influent water quality and relevant discharge standard,a combined process of hardness removal coagulation sedimentation tank-Bardenpho biochemical tank-high efficient sedimentation tank-denitrification deep bed filter was adopted in the design;besides,the technical scheme,main structures design parameters and economic indicators of the said sewage treatment plant were introduced.The operation results showed that,all the quality indicators of the effluent water met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant,ρ(F-)<3 mg/L,which could provide design experience for similar sewage treatment plants.
