摘要
分析了某光伏企业现有电池废水处理站在废水收集和处理工艺中存在的问题,针对新建废水处理项目提出了废水分类收集原则和废水处理工艺。实际运行数据表明,通过废水分类收集,并采用一级钙法+二级铝法控钙除氟、 A+A/O分级反硝化等工艺实现了光伏电池废水稳定达标排放和进一步资源化回收,同时降低了石灰、氯化钙及碳源等化学品的消耗。
Problems existing in the process of wastewater collection and treatment of the cell wastewater treatment station in a photovoltaic company were analyzed,according to the situation of a new-built wastewater treatment project,the wastewater separate collection principle and treatment techniques were pointed out.The actual operation data showed that,through wastewater separate collection,adopting one-stage calcium method+two-stage aluminum method to control calcium and remove fluorine,and using A+A/O classification denitrification,the effluent quality of photovoltaic cell wastewater could stably up-to-the standard discharge and further resource recycling was also realized.Meanwhile,the consumption of chemicals such as lime,calcium chloride,carbon source and so on was reduced.
