摘要
为得到絮凝沉淀法的最佳除氟效果,以出水中残余F-浓度为评价指标,对比研究了絮凝剂投加量、pH、搅拌速度(快搅,慢搅)、静置时间、搅拌时间等因素对聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)两种絮凝剂除氟效果的影响,研究结果表明:在相同絮凝条件下,PAC除氟效果要优于PFS的。最后通过响应曲面试验探究各因素间交互作用并优化PAC除氟条件。PAC最佳除氟工艺为:PAC浓度300 mg/L、pH=5、快搅150 r/min搅拌1 min、慢搅45 r/min搅拌20 min、静置时间1.5 h。最优条件下废水中F-残留浓度为5.82 mg/L。
In order to obtain the best treatment effect of flocculation and sedimentation method,the effects of flocculant dosage,pH,stirring speed,standing time and stirring time on fluorine removal of PAC and PFS were compared.The results show that PAC is superior to PFS in defluoridation under the same flocculation condition.Finally,orthogonal test and response surface test were conducted to explore the interaction between various factors and optimize the defluoridation conditions of PAC.The optimal defluoridation process of PAC was as follows:PAC concentration 300 mg/L,pH=5,quick stirring 150 r/min,1 min stirring,slow stirring 45 r/min,20 min stirring,and 1.5 h standing time.Under optimal conditions,the concentration of F-residue in wastewater was 5.82 mg/L.
