摘要
以含0.17g/L F-~5g/L F-的硫酸镍溶液为研究对象,探究其最佳除氟条件,以及除氟极限。实验表明,最佳除氟条件为:常温反应1h,且氢氧化锆对含氟0.17g/L^5g/L的硫酸镍结晶母液均可进行深度脱除氟,除氟后氟浓度低于1mg/L,同时基本不引入杂质离子,吸附氟后的氢氧化锆可通过碱解吸后再次用于除氟,有望用于其他领域氟的脱除。
To explore the best conditions and its removal limit,taking 0.17g/L F-~5g/L F-nickel sulfate solutions as objects.As experiments show,the best conditions are room temperature and one hour’s reaction time,above the systems can be deeply defluorinated,after removals,the fluorine concentration is less than 1mg/L,at the same time without impurity ions.The absorbed fluorine can be desorbed by alkali,and then used to remove fluoriine again.It is expected to be applicated in other fields.
