摘要
本文以初步沉淀除杂后的硫酸镍溶液为萃原液,以镍皂后P204有机相为萃取剂,采用离心萃取器进行12级离心萃取。按照流量比O/A=3:1,在通量为0.4m^3/h,频率为25Hz的最佳条件下,萃取11级时金属Mn、Cu、Zn的萃取率皆可达到99.9%以上,达到萃取分离要求。
In this paper,a centrifugal extractor was used for 12 stage centrifugal extraction with nickel sulfate solution after impurity removal as extraction solution and P204 organic phase after nickel soap as extractant.Under the optimal conditions of flow ratio O/a=3:1,flux 0.4m^3/h and frequency 25Hz,the extraction rate of metal Mn,Cu and Zn can reach 99.9%at 11 stages,which meets the requirements of extraction and separation。
