摘要
采用两段式化学法处理高浓度HF废水,处理水中氟离子可达到国家一级排放标准。当前段反应单元的m(Ca2+)和m(F-)为1.5,反应时间为90min时,前段处理水F-离子最低,产生的污泥量最少。后段反应单元可采用氯化铁或聚合氯化铝作为混凝剂,但氯化铁的投加量较少,且产生的污泥量也少。当氯化铁用量为50mg/L时,后段处理水的F-浓度低于10mg/L。
When high concentration HF wastewater is processed with two-stage chemical method,fluorine ion concentration of the treated water can meet the national effluent standard(closs A).When the mass ratio of the Ca 2+ and the F-in the first-stage reaction unit is 1.5,and the reaction time is 90 min,the F-of the first-stage treated water is the lowest,and the sludge quantity produced is the least.In the second-stage reaction unit the ferric chloride or the polymerization aluminum chloride may be used as the coagulant,but the quantity of the ferric chloride used is less and the sludge produced is also less.When anhydrous ferric chloride is 50 mg/L,the F-concentration of the second-stage treated water is lower than 10 mg/L.
