摘要
钼冶炼烟气制酸产生的高氟废水采用电石渣-氯化钙和硫酸亚铁处理,再用浓硫酸反调pH值后排放。通过实验室试验,确定中和pH值范围为10~11、氯化钙用量为400 mg/L、硫酸亚铁用量为600 mg/L,沉淀时间4 h。工业应用表明,出水可满足GB 8978—1996《废水综合排放标准》一级排放要求。
The high-fluorine wastewater from scrubbing process of molybdenum roaster off-gas in a sulphuric acid plant is treated by carbide slag- calcium chloride and ferrous sulphate,and then discharged after readjusting pH with concentrated sulphuric acid.The control parameters were determined in laboratory tests as follows;pH range for neutralization of 10 - 11,calcium chloride dosage of 400 mg/L,ferrous sulphate dosage of 600 mg/L,and settling time of 4 h.The industrial application showed that effluent water could meet Class 1 criteria of GB 8978 - 1996.Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
