摘要
针对专业学位研究生实践能力培养中存在的培养目标定位不准确、多主体协同长效机制不健全、实践教学体系不完善、质量保障体系不健全等共性问题,探索建立多主体协同的“一三三五”实践能力培养模式,以提升专业学位研究生实践能力为核心目标,构建高校、企业和政府“三位一体”培养共同体,采用理论与实践三层递进式融合培养和全过程质量评价保障,通过共建实践育人平台、共同论证培养方案、共同建设课程体系、共同探索教学方式、共建双师型导师团队五个重要举措,实现培养目标、培养主体、培养过程和培养环境协同,充分调动多主体参与实践能力培养全过程的积极性,形成多主体协同育人长效机制,全面推进专业学位研究生实践能力培养。
Aiming at the common problems existed in the cultivation of practical ability training of professional degree graduate students,such as inaccurate orientation of training objectives,imperfect long-term mechanism of multi-agent collaboration,imperfect practical teaching system,and imperfect quality assurance system,the"1335"practical ability cultivation mode of multi-agent collaboration was established.With improving the practical ability of professional degree graduate students as the core,a"Trinity"training agent of the government,universities and enterprises was built.The"three-layer progressive"integration of theory and practice and the whole process quality evaluation guarantee was adopted.Five important measures were taken to build a practice education platform,demonstrate the training program,build a curriculum system,explore teaching methods,and build a team of double qualified tutors jointly.Through the cooperation of training objectives,training subjects,training process and training environment,the enthusiasm of multi-agent to participate in the whole process of practical ability training was fully mobilized.In this way,the practical ability training of professional degree graduate students was promoted comprehensively.
