摘要
创新创业教育与专业教育相融合,将社会经济的发展趋势与学科教育内容相结合,是社会发展的需求,也是教育创新的内在要求。苏州卫生职业技术学院将“双创”教育融入高职人才培养全过程,构建“三阶递进”式双创教育与专业教育相融合的课程体系,打造教学平台、训练平台、实践平台的“三个课堂”专创教育融合平台体系,形成具有学院特色的“3+3”的专创融合教学模式,探索职业院校技能型人才创新创业教育教学规律,为创新型技术技能人才培养提供有益借鉴。
The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship with profession education,and combining the development trend of social economy with the content of subject education,is the demand of social development,and the inherent requirement of educational innovation.Suzhou Vocational Health College integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of higher vocational talent training,builds a“three-stage progressive”course system for integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with profession,and builds a“three classes”platform system for integration of specialization with innovation and entrepreneurship education including teaching platform,training platform and practice platform.We form a“3+3”teaching mode for integration of profession with innovation and entrepreneurship of the college’s own characteristics,explore the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching law for skilled personnel of vocational colleges,and provide beneficial reference for innovative technical and skill talents training.
