摘要
专业学位研究生培养模式是一个相对独立的系统。从要素来看,它是由培养目标、入学方式、课程教学、导师指导、组织管理、专业实践、毕业及学位授予等要素所组成;从结构来看,它是按照一定教育规律将各要素串接、搭建起来的相互联系、相互作用、相互制约的有机结构;从功能来看,它不仅具有实体系统的功能,也具有认识系统的功能。
The cultivation mode for professional degree postgraduates is a relatively independent system. From the viewpoint of element, it is composed of training objectives, admission mechanism, curriculum, teaching, supervisor' s guidance, organization, management, professional practice, graduation and degree awarding; from the viewpoint of structure, it is an organic structure concatenated and constructed with all the elements interrelated, interacted and inter-restricted according to a certain law of education; from the viewpoint of function, it works not only as a physical system, but also as a recognition system.
