摘要
为满足经济社会发展对工程人才需求的变化,将柔性教育思想引入到工程教育中,改革课程体系设置、教学组织和方法、教师队伍建设、教学资源配置和校企合作方式等要素,实现工程教育模式创新。建立"强内核、柔外壳"的产学研协同工程教育柔性模式框架,实施柔性培养策略,以先进的理念培养学生。建立"强内核、柔外壳"的课程体系,实现课程设置、教学内容和教学过程的有效调整,以优选的知识传授学生。实施"高校-社会-国际"三维立体式实践能力培养机制,将科研成果转化为优质的教学案例,以科研成果和工程项目强化导师队伍,实现"强、柔"结合的指导机制;与企业、科研院所合作建设联合实验室、实践平台和实践基地,开展实践研究型学习,以优质的实践锻炼学生;加强国际交流合作,通过校际交流、国际竞赛、国际会议,以国际化视野培养学生。
With changes of economic and social development needs for engineering personnel, flexible educational thoughts were introduced into engineering education to found new educational model through reform and innovation of curricular and teaching method, ranks of teachers, resource disposition and cooperation model of university-enterprise. A "strong core, soft shell" framework of engineering education Mode was established through University-Industry-Research cooperation. Flexible training strategies were implemented to train students with advanced concepts. Curriculum of "strong core, soft shell" was established to teach students with optimal knowledge through effective adjustment of curriculum, teaching contents and teaching process. Scientific achievements were transferred into teaching cases and supervisors were strengthened by scientific research and projects to achieve steering mechanism with strong and soft combination under positive interactive mechanism of university, industry and science. Joint laboratories, practical platforms and practice bases were constructed by university and enterprise to train students with fine practical teaching through investigative studies. International exchanges and cooperation were strengthened through exchanges, international competition and the international meeting to train international students.
