铝合金板材阳极氧化材料线缺陷的形成原因及改进措施研究

摘要 通过对铝合金板材典型的材料线缺陷进行分析,明确了材料线主要是由含Mg、Ti或Si的夹渣物造成的。材料线缺陷会严重影响最终产品的外观质量。通过分析含Mg、Ti或Si的夹渣物来源,明确了抑制措施。结果发现,通过采用合适的熔铸工艺、把控熔体清洁度、及时清理维护设备、选用合适的耐火材料,以及严格控制热轧、冷轧机列及乳化液、油品清洁度等措施可有效减少材料线缺陷。 By analyzing the defects of the typical material lines of aluminum alloy sheet,it is clear that the material lines are mainly caused by the rolling elongation of slag inclusions containing Mg,Ti or Si.The material line defects could greatly affect the appearance quality of the final product.By analyzing the sources of slag inclusions containing Mg,Ti or Si,the suppression measures are defined.The defects of material lines can be effectively reduced by selecting appropriate melting casting process,controlling the cleanliness of melt,timely cleaning and maintenance of equipment,selecting appropriate refractory materials,strictly controlling the hot rolling and cold rolling line,and the cleanliness of emulsion and oil products.
