铸造过程中3104铝合金夹杂物演变规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对某铝合金加工厂熔铸生产线3104(含镁)铝合金,利用Prefil-footprint测渣仪在铝合金熔炼、净化和铸造的各个阶段取样,通过金相显微镜对夹杂物进行定性分类,采用面积法对夹杂物数量进行定量统计。对熔体处理各阶段夹杂物种类和数量进行分析和对比,找出夹杂物演变规律,对现场生产熔体处理工艺提供理论支持。 For 3104 aluminium alloy at the production line of a certain aluminium processing factory, Prefil-Footprint was used to sample at different phases of melt treatment. The main inclusions in 3104 aluminium alloy were classified using metallographic analysis, and the amount of inclusions was quantitatively analyzed through area method. The regular pattern for the inclusions evolution was figured out through the analysis of inclusions species and amount,which will provide theoretical support for melt treatment.
