摘要
介绍了大型复杂铝压铸件前端齿轮室失效检测过程,分析出铝熔体夹杂氧化物是导致压铸件失效的主要原因。由于铝熔体品质会对压铸件性能产生严重影响,通过分析研究,提出了提高铝合金熔体品质的解决措施,以降低大型复杂压铸件的失效风险。
The failure detection process of the front gear chamber for large complex aluminum die casting has been introduced. The analysis results show that the main reason of the failure of the die casting is the aluminum melt mixed oxide. Because the aluminum melt quality will have a serious impact on the performance of the die casting. By analyzing the solution to improve the aluminum alloy melt quality has been put forward, so as to reduce the failure risk of large complex die casting.
