摘要 在产学研深度融合及推进科教融汇背景下,工科高职院校必须建立基于绩效导向的大型仪器设备管理体系。工科高职院校大型仪器设备具有典型的教学科研一体化功能、明显的分置式场地布局、当然的仪器设备共享性需求、客观的技术高端性配置等特征。针对大型仪器设备管理中存在购置前期论证不充分、使用过程管理不到位、共享机制运行不通畅、绩效杠杆运用不坚定等症结,提出优化绩效导向管理体系应从强化绩效评价驱动、优化前置管理规范、激活开放共享机制、补齐过程审计短板、夯实基础管理能力五个方面着力,加强工科高职院校大型仪器设备管理。 Under the background of the deep integration of production,teaching and research and promoting science and education,the engineering higher vocational colleges must establish the performance-oriented management system of large-scale instruments and equipment.The large-scale instruments and equipment in higher vocational colleges of engineering have the characteristics of typical integrated function of teaching and scientific research,obvious split-site layout,of course,equipment sharing demand,and objective high-end configuration of technology.There are some problems,such as insufficient pre-purchase argumentation,inadequate use process management,unsmooth operation of sharing mechanism,unfirm use of performance leverage,etc.The optimization of performance-oriented management system focuses on five aspects:strengthening the drive of performance evaluation,optimizing the pre-management criterion,activating the open sharing mechanism,completing the short board of process audit,and tamping the basic management ability,in order to strengthen the management of large-scale instruments and equipment in technical colleges and universities.
