摘要 大型仪器设备是高校开展教学和科研工作的重要支撑,也是衡量高校办学实力的重要标志。针对高校大型仪器设备普遍存在的开放共享力度不足、使用效益偏低的现实问题,以南京林业大学为例,借鉴质量管理体系中的4M要素分析法,从人员(Man)、机器(Machine)、管理(Management)、资金(Money)四个方面入手,建立大型仪器设备共享平台,加强实验技术队伍建设,建立健全大型仪器设备考核机制,强化资金使用效能,切实提高了大型仪器设备的使用效益。 Large-scale instruments and equipment are not only an important support for universities to carry out teaching and scientific research,but also an important symbol to measure the strength of universities.In view of the practical problems of insufficient open and sharing and low efficiency in the use of large-scale instruments and equipment in universities,taking Nanjing Forestry University as an example,this paper draws lessons from the 4M elements analysis method in quality management system,that is,to establish a large-scale instruments and equipment sharing platform and strengthen the construction of experimental technical team from four aspects:Man,Machine,Management,Money.Through sharing platform,the assessment mechanism of large-scale instruments and equipment is established and improved,the efficiency of the use of funds is strengthened,and the efficiency of the use of large-scale instruments and equipment is effectively improved.
