摘要 通过实验室与设备综合管理系统的定制开发,实现实验室的精细化管理和内涵式发展。该系统以保障实验室安全、充分利用实验室资源、服务师生为出发点,实现实验室及其涵盖资源的一站式管理服务。同时,通过各业务子平台数据在底层系统的互联融合和大数据分析,解决了高校实验室信息化数据收集、整合、应用及管理服务的困境,为实验室科学规划、设备统筹、实验室安全风险点评估提供了决策支持,为师生提供了更加精准的便捷服务。 Through the customized development of the comprehensive management system for laboratory and equipment, the laboratory’s fine management and connotative development are realized. In order to ensure the safety of the laboratory, make full use of the laboratory resources and serve the teachers and students, the system has realized the one-stop management service of the laboratory and its covered resources. At the same time, through the interconnection and integration of data from various business sub-platforms in the underlying system and big data analysis, the dilemma of data collection, integration, application and management services of university laboratory informationization has been solved, which provides decision support for scientific planning of laboratory, overall planning of equipment, assessment of laboratory safety risk points, and more accurate and convenient services for teachers and students.
