基于透射电镜的材料表征类大型仪器管理办法探究

摘要 随着国内高等院校和科研单位的稳健快速发展,为了揭示材料所具备的物理、电化学性能与其微观结构之间的关系,国内涌现出了大量的大型仪器设备。而加强大型仪器设备管理,提高共享服务能力,成为目前迫切需要思考和解决的问题。针对目前大型仪器管理中存在的问题,结合透射电镜在管理改革中的实践经验,从优化资源配置、加强维护保养、增强共享和管理能力、完善档案信息四个方面为类似的大型实验室、仪器共享平台、技术培训机构提供解决的思路和对策。 With the steady and rapid development of domestic colleges and research institutes,in order to reveal the relationship between the physical and electrochemical properties of materials and their microstructure,a large number of instruments and equipment have emerged in China.Strengthening the management of large-scale instruments and equipment and improving shared service capabilities have become an issue that urgently need to be considered and resolved.In view of the problems existing in the management of instruments,combined with the practical experience in the management reform of transmission electron microscopy,optimizing resource allocation,strengthening maintenance,enhancing sharing and management capabilities,and improving file information are proposed to provide solutions and countermeasures for the large laboratories,instrument sharing platforms,technical training institutions.
