中学生体育素养评价指标体系构建及其应用——基于A市教育质量综合评价的大数据 被引量:2

Construction and Application of Evaluation Indicator System for Middle School Students'Physical Literacy—Based on Big Data of Comprehensive Evaluation of Education Quality in A City

摘要 为解决当前体育教学评价标准单一、学生体育素养评价标准缺乏等问题,落实“全面提高学生体育素养”要求,基于A市教育质量综合评价项目,采用文献分析法、专家评定法等构建具有本土特色的中学生体育素养评价指标体系。该体系包括运动能力、健康行为、体育品德3个一级指标,体质状况、运动技能等9个二级指标。采用“素养评价+相关因素调查”的评价方式,使用现场测试、纸笔测验、问卷调查等方法对A市74108名中学生的体育素养进行评价。结果发现:九成以上中学生体育素养为合格及以上,体育品德发展相对较好,运动能力有待提升;中学男生体育素养高于女生,城区中学生体育素养高于县域;良好的运动锻炼习惯有助于增强学习自信心,提高心理健康水平,亲子锻炼有助于改善亲子沟通,降低家长教育焦虑。为进一步提高中学生体育素养,应坚持“五育”并举,强化体育赋能;推进智慧体育,促进优质均衡;完善体育评价,打通发展闭环;营造良好氛围,倡导家校协同育人。 To solve the problems of single evaluation standard in current physical education teaching and the lack of evaluation standards for students'physical literacy,and to implement the requirement of“comprehensively improving students'physical literacy”,based on the comprehensive evaluation project of educational quality in A city,this study constructs an evaluation indicator system with local characteristics for middle school students'physical literacy using literature analysis and expert judgment.The system includes three first-level indicators of athletic ability,health behavior,and sports ethics,and nine second-level indicators such as physical condition and motor skills.The evaluation method of“literacy evaluation+related factor investigation”was adopted to apply the indicator system,and field tests,paper-and-pencil tests,and questionnaire surveys were used to evaluate the physical literacy of 74108 middle school students in A city.The results showed that more than 90%of middle school students had qualified or better physical literacy,with relatively good development in sports ethics,but their athletic ability needed to be improved;male students had slightly higher physical literacy than female students,urban middle school students had higher physical literacy than students in rural areas;good sports exercise habits can help enhance learning self-confidence and improve psychological health levels;parent-child exercise can help improve parent-child communication and reduce educational anxiety among parents.In order to further improve the physical education literacy of middle school students,it is recommended to persist in promoting“five-element”education and strengthen the empowerment of sports;promote intelligent physical education to strength quality and balance;improve sports evaluation and the development loop;create a favorable atmosphere and advocate home-school collaborative education.
