摘要
近年来,我国关于食品添加剂的食品安全问题层出不穷,其不仅关系到消费者的身体健康,更关系到社会的和谐稳定。食品添加剂是现代食品工业中不可缺少的成分,有延长食品保质期、提高食品感官品质、强化食品营养、提升食品生产效率的功能。《中华人民共和国食品安全法》对食品添加剂的使用做出了明确科学的要求,但食品添加剂在实际使用过程中,仍然存在执法者监管不严,企业和商户非法使用、滥用、不合规使用,产品标识不清等问题。因此,文章主要介绍了食品添加剂的应用和食品添加剂的国内外使用现状,分析了我国当前食品添加剂管理中存在的主要问题,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策和建议,以期为我国食品安全工作提供一些参考。
In recent years,there have been increasing food safety concerns about food additives in China,which have an impact on consumer health and social stability.As an indispensable ingredient in the modern food industry,food additives have the functions of extending food shelf life,improving food quality,strengthening food nutrition,and improving food production efficiency.Regarding the use of food additives,Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China put forward clear and scientifc requirements.However,there are still various problems in the actual use of food additives,such as lax supervision by law enforcement officers,illegal use/abuse/non-compliant use by enterprises and merchants,and unclear product labeling.With the aim of providing reference for food safety work,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign application status of food additives,analyzes the main management problems of food additives in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
