摘要
投料选择器是投饲系统中的关键设备。文中针对投料选择器设计的国内外现状开展了调研,介绍了投料选择器的结构及关键设计点。根据某项目需求设计了投料选择器,介绍了典型的控制逻辑,通过试验验证了设备的稳定性,结合用户需求,针对行业发展趋势提出了该设备的优化方向并给出了相关方案,为投料选择器的设计提供了借鉴和指导。
The feeding selector is the key equipment in the feeding system.This paper carries out research on the current situation of the feeding selector at home and abroad,analyzes a variety of feeding selector structures and the key design points.A feeding selector structure is designed according to the requirements of a project,the controlling process is designed.The stability of the equipment is verified through tests.Considering the needs of the users and in view of the industry development trend,the optimization direction of the equipment is proposed and the relevant resolution which provides reference and guidance for the design of other feeding selector is given.
