摘要
结合大学生就业创业课程教学的现状,基于校企合作人才培养模式下,以立德树人为主线,借助学校和企业两个育人主体,探索就业创业课程理论学习与实践行动、学业指导与职业认同贯通、学校与企业良性合作“三贯通”,以学校实施课程思政教育、职业生涯教育、专业学科教育、创新创业教育“四融合”为牵引,搭建企业全程参与的文化活动平台、职业见习平台、职业技能竞赛平台“三平台”,突出就业创业课程的实践属性,培养爱党爱国且具有自主学习能力、思考力、行动力、表达力的符合市场需求的创新型人才。
In combination with the status of collegians'employment and entrepreneurship course teaching,based on the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation,taking morality cultivation as the main line,with the help of schools and enterprises as the two education subjects,explore the integration of employment and entrepreneurship course theory learning and practical action,academic guidance and career recognition,and benign cooperation between schools and enterprises guided by the"four integrations"of innovation and entrepreneurship education,we will build a cultural activity platform,vocational internship platform,and vocational skills competition platform for enterprises to participate in the entire process,highlighting the practical attributes of employment and entrepreneurship courses,cultivating innovative personnel who love the CPC and have independent learning,thinking,action,and expression abilities to meet market demand.
