摘要
以光电信息科学与工程专业本科、硕士在读学生为主要研究对象,基于竞赛平台的“以赛促研”创新人才培养,在创新意识、专业理论教学、专业实践操作能力以及科研创新能力培养中,探索符合海南自由贸易港和海南师范大学特色的创新人才培养实践方法。利用大学生竞赛平台,巩固学生专业基础,拓宽学生专业知识面,同时进行竞赛项目到创新创业项目的教学引导,以提高学生的创新思维和实践能力。
Taking undergraduate and master students majoring in optoelectronic information science and engineering as the main research object,the training of innovative talents of“Promoting research by competition”based on the competition platform has a great impact on the cultivation of innovative consciousness,professional theoretical teaching,professional practical operation ability and scientific research innovation ability.It is crucial to study the practice methods of innovative talents training with the characteristics of Hainan Free Trade Port and Hainan Normal University,using the college student competition platform,to consolidate students’professional foundation,broaden students’professional knowledge,carry out teaching guidance from competition projects to innovation and entrepreneurship projects simultaneously,and improve students’innovative thinking and practical ability.
