摘要 安徽省省属本科院校就业指导课程,经过近10年的发展,取得了显著的成绩。但随着就业指导课程改革的不断深入,也面临着课程设置调整后新的课程体系尚未科学划分、课程设置调整和课程体系变化后专业化师资队伍的缺失、新媒体对教学权威性提出挑战等问题,为此在就业创业课程一盘棋思路下,在课程划分模块化、专题化,课程教师团队化、专业化,教学配套一体化等4个方面提出改进的设想。 The employment guidance course of local colleges and universities in Anhui province, after nearly ten years of development, has achieved remarkable results. But along with the employment guid- ance curriculum reform, it also faces the problems that curriculum adjustment after the new curriculum system has not yet been divided scientifically, deficiency of specialized teachers after the curriculum adjustment changes. The paper brings forward some assumptions about a game of chess of employment guidance course, course modularization and specialization, trainer group team operation and profession supporting integration.
