摘要
目的探讨耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷对腰椎骨折术后便秘的影响。方法本研究运用随机数字表法将满足纳入标准的76例腰椎骨折术后便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组开展饮食指导、腹部按摩等常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷护理。比较2组临床症状积分、排便相关指标以及肛肠动力学指标。结果观察组临床症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);首次排便时间、2次排便间隔以及每次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);直肠静息压以及肛管收缩压高于对照组(P<0.05),直肠初始感觉容积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压丸联合穴位贴敷能够改善腰椎骨折术后便秘症状和肠道功能,具有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of auricular point pressing pill combined with acupoint application for postoperative constipation of lumbar fracture.Methods 76 patients with postoperative constipation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine care such as dietary guidance and abdominal massage,and the observation group was given auricular point pressing pill combined with acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.Clinical symptom scores,defecation-related indexes and anorectal dynamics indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptom score of observation group was lower than that of control group.The first defecation time,the interval between two defecations and the time of each defecation were shorter than those of the control group.Rectal resting pressure and anal canal systolic pressure were higher than control group,and rectal initial sensory volume was lower than control group.Conclusion Auricular point pressing pill combined with acupoint application can improve constipation symptoms and intestinal function after lumbar fracture,and has certain clinical promotion value.
