摘要
目的探讨混合痔术后便秘应用中药联合大黄通便贴的治疗效果。方法将80例混合痔术后便秘患者作为本次研究对象,按照电脑盲选法将其分为参照组(采用西医治疗)与试验组(采用中药联合大黄通便贴治疗),每组40例,所有患者均于2019年5月—2020年5月永城市人民医院收治,对比2组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于参照组(80.00%),P<0.05;在生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI)评分对比中,试验组高于参照组,相关便秘评分均低于参照组,P<0.05。结论混合痔术后便秘患者应用中药联合大黄通便贴治疗效果显著,能够改善患者便秘症状,提高临床治疗效果与生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine combined with Dahuang Tongbian patch in the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 80 patients with constipation after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids were enrolled as subjects in this study and were divided into a control group(treated with western medicine)and a test group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Dahuang Tongbian patch),and each contained 40 cases.All patients were admitted to Yongcheng People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the test group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05),and in the composite rating scale of quality of life(GQOLI)score comparison,the test group was higher than the control group,all the related constipation scores were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine combined with Dahuang Tongbian patch in the treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids has high effect,and it can improve the symptoms of constipation in patients,improve the clinical effect and quality of life,and is worth promoting.
