摘要
目的:观察艾灸神阙穴治疗阳虚型慢性心衰便秘的效果。方法:56例分为两组各28例,两组均用常规护理。观察组辅以艾灸神阙穴。结果:观察组与对照组护理满意度分别为89.29%、57.14%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组大便次数恢复正常时间、便质恢复正常时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸神阙穴能够改善心衰便秘。
Objective:To observe the effect of moxibustion on acupoint Shenque in improving constipation in patients with chronic heart failure due to Yang deficiency. Method: 56 patients were divided into 2 groups, 28 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing and the observation group were treated by moxibustion on acupoint Shenque in addition. Result: The satisfaction degree toward nursing care of the observation group and the control group were 57.14 % and 89.29 % respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion on acupoint Shenque could improve constipation in patients with chronic heart failure.
