摘要
慢性心衰作为心血管疾病的终末期已成为中国的重大公共卫生问题,中医药在防治慢性心衰方面取得了较大进展,针对此病的中医特色护理技术因操作简便、经济安全、适用范围广泛等优点受到越来越多的关注。此文对慢性心衰患者常用的艾灸、穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压、中药足浴、中药熨疗、穴位按摩等中医护理技术应用现状进行综述,分析和思考其临床疗效和应用特点,以期进一步挖掘、整理中医护理技术在慢性心衰患者中的临床应用。
Chronic heart failure,as the end-stage of cardiovascular disease,has become a major public health problem in China.Traditional Chinese medicine has made great progress in the prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology for this disease has attracted more and more attention because of its advantages of simple operation,economic safety and wide range of application.This paper reviews the current situation of the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in patients with chronic heart failure,such as moxibustion,acupoint application,auricular point sticking,foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine,ironing therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and acupoint massage.By analyzing and considering its clinical effect and application characteristics,so as to further explore and sort out the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in patients with chronic heart failure.
