摘要
目的 探讨智能交互式平台实践教学模式在急诊医学本科教学中的应用。方法 选取2020年3月-2022年4月在广东药科大学附属第一医院教学部安排实习的2016级和2017级临床医学专业86名学生作为研究对象,将本项目平台投入使用前后进入实习的学生分为对照组和创新组。对照组学生采取急诊科传统教学法带教,创新组学生采取微信智能交互式平台教学方法带教。教学完成之后,比较两组学生临床理论知识、病理分析能力、操作考核成绩、教学模式满意度、教学效果的问卷调查。结果 对照组与创新组操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);创新组学生的临床理论知识、病例分析能力明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创新组学生教学模式满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创新组学生对于关于是否提升学习兴趣、自主学习效果、提升临床思维能力、增加师生之间交流、丰富急诊临床知识等五个方面的教学效果评价,肯定评价明显高于一般评价和否定评价,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 智能交互式平台实践教学模式在急诊医学本科教学中能有效提高学习积极性,提升教学效果。
Objective To explore application of intelligent interactive platform practical teaching mode in undergraduate teaching of emergency medicine.Methods The paper chose 86 clinical medicine major students of grade 2016 and 2017 with internships in Teaching Department of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University the First Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to April 2022 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and innovation group before and after application of internships platform.Control group were treated with traditional teaching methods in emergency department,while innovation group with WeChat intelligent interactive platform teaching methods.After the teaching,clinical theoretical knowledge,case analysis ability,operational assessment scores,teaching mode satisfaction degree and teaching effectiveness were compared between two groups with questionnaire survey.Results There was no statistically significant difference in operational assessment scores between control group and innovation group(P>0.05).Innovation group had significantly higher clinical theoretical knowledge and case analysis abilities than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of innovation group students with teaching mode was significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Teaching effect in innovation group was evaluated on five aspects of learning interest,self-learning effectiveness,clinical thinking ability,communication between teachers and students and emergency clinical knowledge.Positive evaluation was significantly higher than general evaluation and negative evaluation,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intelligent interactive platform practical teaching mode can improve learning enthusiasm and teaching effect in undergraduate teaching of emergency medicine effectively.
