摘要
随着人工智能的发展,依靠传统标准来批量生产工具人的方法已难以满足人工智能时代的需要,新的智能化社会对职业教育产生了颠覆性影响,对职业教育提出了新要求。人工智能技术给职业教育带来的机遇与挑战,从学习空间、教学模式和教学管理三方面对智能职业教育的内涵进行了剖析;进而展望了人工智能技术对智能职业教育的呼唤:推动智能职业教育向人才培养复合化、教育模式智能化、学习形式终身化和校企合作一体化方向发展,进而促进"人口大国"向"人才大国"转变以及推动"中国制造"走向"中国智造"。
With the development of Artificial Intelligence, traditional methods and standards on producing tool people in bulk have been difficult to meet the needs of the artificial intelligence era. The intelligent society has a disruptive impact on vocational education and propose new requirements for vocational education. Based on the opportunities and challenges brought by AI to vocational education, the intelligent vocational education is analyzed from three aspects: learning space, teaching methods, and teaching management. The call of AI technology on the intelligent vocational education is proposed: promoting intelligent vocational education to intelligent education mode, composite talent training, lifelong learning, and integration of industry-university-research-application. It is aimed at promoting the transformation of “Big population” to “Big talent” and “Made in China” to “Intelligence in China”.
