摘要
目的 探讨围手术期综合护理在胸腔镜肺癌根治术术后恢复中的作用。方法 将2022年1月-2023年3月来本院进行胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者进行分组研究,利用随机数字表分数将其分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。对照组围术期采取常规护理,观察组围术期采取综合护理。对比两组患者护理后恢复情况以及生活质量在护理前后的变化。结果 观察组术后下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后引流管拔出时间、术后首次进食时间以及住院时间均较对照组患者指标更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量分数在护理前与对照组之间比较无差异(P>0.05);观察组护理后生活质量分数较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 围手术期综合护理对于改善胸腔镜肺癌根治术患者术后恢复情况有显著作用,护理后患者下床时间和出院时间更短,生活质量得到明显提高,值得推广。
Objective To explore effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing in recovery after thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer.Methods The paper divided 70 patients with thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 into two groups with random number table method,control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).Control group was treated with routine nursing care during perioperative period,while observation group with comprehensive nursing care during perioperative period.Recovery and life quality changes between two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results Observation group had better indicators for postoperative ambulation time,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative drainage tube extraction time,postoperative first meal time and length of stay than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.There was no difference in life quality scores between observation group and control group before nursing(P>0.05).Life quality scores of observation group after nursing were higher than control group,(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative nursing can achieve significant effect in improving the postoperative recovery of patients with thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer.After nursing,out of bed time and discharge of patients is shorter,life quality is significantly improved,which is worthy of promotion.
